Old Photos from a gallery exhibit in Ma Tau Kok in Kowloon
The images of these paintings do not do justice to the actual work (just like how art history books do not do justice to any of its images) because there is so much texture to the body of work that this artist has shown. (I forget his name -_-") The artist uses mainly oil but he has a secret ingredient when summoning the thickness of his paint. He uses some sort of clay mixture with his oils but I cannot recall how he puts those two ingredients together. This just shows what painters can do with their canvases, as long as they have the tools and time and ingredients they can produce almost anything at will.
