I'm guessing I was trying to draw monsters with a little bit of duality, symmetry and some abstract mark making and layering. Strangely the cross hatched dark space and the pillar or rod like formation that is hanging down seems a little distracting. It kind of reminds me of a... *cough, cough*... You know what I mean right? I do like how the red, black and whites are working together, and the spacing on this piece seems to be evenly balanced out.
