Two monsters fighting over something. 

Monsters fight against each other more often than not and the reasons why they fight could be very trivial, but once they initiate a fight things can get very serious. 

These two monsters are fighting over a woman. They don't necessarily know the woman personally but they are fighting because they have both revealed their interest and their pride are at stake. Unfortunately, monsters are not very good at expressing love so, the monster who has committed murder never approaches the woman.
