Tai Lam Chung Reservoir

Tai Lam Chung reservoir was an interesting trail walk with lots of nature and great vistas. The walk was on the easier side, and there were not a lot of vertical slopes, so it was not very straining on the legs. The weather was quite foggy, but it did not affect the view too much and I was still quite happy with what I got to see. Sometimes it can be very frustrating when you plan on a trip, but the weather does not do justice to your day. 

I started the hike from So Kwun Wat village; You can take a minibus from Tsuen Wan, which is not too far away from the MTR station. I walked all the way to Tai Tong, and then I took a minibus to Yuen Long. The whole trip took about 3 hours of my day, so it was a nice weekend adventure.
