Various Robot Designs

This hooded robot is supposed to transform into the image right below it. 

I took a lot of design influences from the enemy mobile suits in the "Zeta Gundam" series. I especially looked closely at the "PMX-000 Messala" unit. 

PMX-000 Messala

This one takes a lot from the more modern "Macross" series, VF units. I don't know what VF is short for but I'm going to guess they are called "Valkerie Fighters" because these fighter jets are often referred to as "Valkerie's".

This mech was designed in memory of an anime called "Yamato Takeru". I watched this anime back in Hong Kong and it was dubbed in Cantonese so I never really got the proper title of it until this moment. The anime wasn't very memorable but I just couldn't forget the mechs face. 

Here is the mech. I believe he is called "Susanoo", but I say this only because google said so. Usually I am believer of Wikipedia's information database.

A more abstracted(?) version of the character above. You can also say a more space age, sci-fi themed version because the above was fantasy themed. 

This robot was my attempt to design a "Zaku" type unit. It's supposed to be a grunt type unit that only appears to get ripped apart in most of its appearances.

I wanted to make the theme of my grunt bots as soldiers of a dictatorship. I took a lot of influences from "Jin Roh" and "Killzone".
